Dixie Carb Counter Cranberry Orange Muffin

Ingredients

    3 large egg whites,
    1/4 cup sour cream,
    3/4 cup water,
    Dixie Carb Counters Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 12-count muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray, or use paper baking cups. Combine all ingredients with the mix. Whisk or mix with electric mixer on low for 1 to 2 minutes until well-blended. Spoon evenly into the muffin tins. Bake 18-20 minutes until light golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy! Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months. Fat free/calorie controlled version:Use 3 large egg whites only, omit butter, use 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream and 3/4 cup water.
