Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

2 cups raw broccoli, chopped
1/3 cup raisins
6 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup raw onion, chopped
3/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Splenda
2 Tbsp vinegar
Directions
Chop broccoli, onion and bacon. Add raisins and mix. Dressing: combine Spenda, vinegar and light Mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip Lite). Blend together until smooth. Add to raw vegetables and mix well. Refridgerate several hours before serving. Makes 4 ample servings.
