Introduction

Cabbage rolls with a twist Cabbage rolls with a twist
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground round
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    half medium onion, chopped
    3 cups sauerkraut
    12 cabbage leaves
    1 jar pasta sauce( I used Bertolli 5 cheese)

Directions

Mix beef, garlic, onion, and sauerkraut. Seperate mixture into 12 balls and roll in cabbage leaves. Stack rolls in pot and pour pasta sauce over top. Cook over low heat until meat is cooked through.

This can be done in a crockpot before you leave for work and dinner is done when you come home.
