A good-sized steak, approximately 1/2 a kilogram
2 medium-sized onions, cut into large chunks
1 can of diced tomatoes
4-6 potatoes (depending on size)
3 cloves of garlic
3 tsp of butter
1/4 cup skim milk
Place whole steak on top of onions and pour tomatoes on top of steak.
Set slow cooker on low and leave for 9 hours.
Nearing the end of the 9 hours, boil potatoes.
Sear garlic in a frying pan with the butter and then pour into potatoes and mash together.
Serve steak, tomatoes, and onions over garlic potatoes. Enjoy!
