Veggie Soup

Introduction

Low fat and tasty! Spice however you want... as for me, I use lots of garlic and pepper. Low fat and tasty! Spice however you want... as for me, I use lots of garlic and pepper.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 Large can of 99% fat free chicken broth
    1 Can of great northern beans
    1 Can of mixed vegetables
    5 Spears of broccoli
    3 Cups of mushrooms
    1 Large onion
    3 Cloves of minced garlic (or large tablespoon of minced garlic from a jar)
    1 Tablespoon I can't Belive It's Not Butter, Fat Free
    Spices to taste

Directions

Makes 10 servings, about 1 cup each.
1. Open all cans
2. Slice your onions, mushrooms & broccoli to bite size.
3. Add onions to your large soup pot with a little fat free "butter" till soft.
4. Add mushrooms to the pot and saute till softened.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
6. Simmer to incorporate all the flavors.
