Ingredients

Beat well for 4 to 5 minutes:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
Sift together:
1 cup flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
Add to egg mixture and work in by hand, only enough to mix.
Pour into greased and sugared angel food cake pan.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake
Directions
Bake at 300 degrees Farenheit for 45 to 60 minutes - until tester comes out dry.
