    1 cup green beans, cooked
    1/4 cup canned pinto beans, drained
    1 small can water-packed tuna, drained
    1 med sweet potato, cooked in microwave
    2 cups iceberg lettuce, washed and shredded
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    1/2 T. capers, drained


Arrange ingredients on plate so they look appealing and enjoy! Looks beautiful with all the colors and tastes great when my family is eating fatty foods I'm not supposed to eat. The capers add a little zing to the taste.
