Introduction

This Mayo is made with your choice of oils, is easy and quick to make, and contains no sugars or chemical preservatives. This Mayo is made with your choice of oils, is easy and quick to make, and contains no sugars or chemical preservatives.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 large Egg
    1Tbsp vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp paprika powder
    1 cup oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate

Directions

In a blender put one large egg, 1 Tbsp vinegar, 1/2 teasoppon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.

Blend until mixed. With the blender still running, slowly gradually pour 1/2 cup olive oil into blender.

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate and slowly gradually add another 1/2 cup of oil.
Makes about 1-1/4 cups Sugar Free Mayo.
Keep Refrigerated.
