1 c. chopped apple
1 mushy brown banana
1.5 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries
1.5 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 c. Lactaid fat-free milk (or regular milk OK)
3/4 c. orange juice
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t ginger
We thought it tasted a little like bubble gum but yummier.
For a thinner smoothie, add some water.
