Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

This is great when you aren't really hungry but need to have something nutritious, especially on a hot day. I had mine for breakfast. This is great when you aren't really hungry but need to have something nutritious, especially on a hot day. I had mine for breakfast.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pour two small one serving containers of yogurt (I used Strawberry Banana and Mixed Berry) into blender. Add 1-1/2 cups of frozen mixed fruit (I used Dole Signature Blend). Add 6 fresh strawberries and 1/2 cup raspberries. Blend until smooth. (Mixture will be thick, so you may need a few minutes to blend it. I used the crush ice setting on my blender and had to keep using a spoon to remix it so the blender would actually chew up the frozen fruit.)
