A-L's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

    1 package Banquet Turkey Breakfast Sausage (7 oz--10 links)
    6 slices Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread
    4 eggs
    2 cups skim milk
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

Cook sausage. Toast and cube bread. Spray 13x9 pan with spray oil, and fill with bread and sausage. Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper and pour over bread and sausage. Top with cheese and refrigerate overnight.

Cook at 350 degrees Farenheit for 45 minutes. Makes 6 hearty servings.
