Curry Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

    3 tablespoons margarine
    1/3 cup honey
    2 tablespoons Dijon prepared mustard
    1-1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned

Directions

Place margarine in 9 x 13 inch baking pan; heat oven to 375 degrees to melt margarine.

Mix honey, mustard, and curry powder in pan with the margarine. Add chicken to pan, turning in mixture until chicken is coated.

Bake, uncovered for 50 minutes; basting twice. Serve over rice or noodles.
