Ingredients

One large sweet potato with skin on
two table spoons of cranberry chutney
two small boxes of raisins
1/4 cup of water
Directions
Cut up sweet potato kind of large but bit sized, leave the skin on. Then add the chutney and raisins. Top with water and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Can be covered with foil if you like.
