No-Bake Summer Fruit Pie

Number of Servings: 8


    1 graham craker crust (omit to cut calories)
    1 4 oz. package vanill instant pudding
    1 8 oz. carton non fat vanilla or plain yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla (optional, use with plain yogurt)
    1 to 2 cups fresh fruit.


Blend pudding mix and milk according to package directions. Mix in yogurt. Slice fruit and let drain on paper towel if juicy. Arrange in bottom of pie crust. Pour pudding mix on top. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
