3/4 cup (6 oz) calcium-added orange juice
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
2 ice cubes
Directions
This makes a fantastic tasting, low-fat, high-protein, super quick breakfast or snack. Put all ingredients into blender and pulse until fully blended. Add protein powder to blender after orange juice to avoid incomplete blending. I use Jay Robb whey protein powder, which has 113 calories and 24 grams of protein per scoop; substituting another brand might slightly change the nutritional profile of this recipe.
