Ingredients

    4 cups sweet corn, fresh
    .5 cup coconut milk
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups water

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend. Take corn husk and fold into 8 cups. Add mixture fold and put in pot of boiling water. Boil for 20 minutes until cooked, take out and serve. Makes 8 servings. Can be eaten alone or with any meat.
