LilRedHen WholeWheat Blender Pancakes

Introduction

You grind the wheat yourself to make these filling whole wheat honey pancake. You grind the wheat yourself to make these filling whole wheat honey pancake.
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    1 cup whole grain, not ground, wheat
    1 1/3 cup nonfat milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 TB honey
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 TB baking powder

Directions

1. Add wheat and 1 cup of milk to the blender. Blend for about 3 minutes (When you notice the funnel disappear in the blender gradually add the remaining 1/3 cup milk).
2. Add eggs, salt, honey, and oil. Blend for 2 more minutes.
3. Add baking powder and blend 1 more minute. You may need to scrape the sides to make sure the baking powder mixes.
4. Pour pancake mix into a hot frying pan. Turn when bubbles pop.

*Make 22 - 4 inch pancakes
