Protein Rich Japanese Coffee Gel

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup of hot water
    4 packets Knox unflavored gelatin
    2 scoops Whey Protein Isolate (Bioplex 22.2 gr/scp)
    1/4 cocoa powder
    1/4 strong black coffee
    2 T sugar (or subst. for low sugar option)
    1/4 non fat milk

Directions

Disolve 4 Knox (plain) gelatin packs in 1 cup very hot water, stir in 2 scoops of whey powder. Brew extremely strong coffee and add 1/4 cup. Add coco powder and sugar, stir. Refrigerate. Slice into small cube and serve with drizzle of low fat milk over the top.
