Healthy Key Lime Pie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    For the Crust
    9 sheets of graham crackers - any flavor is fine
    3 tbsp of canola oil
    3 tbsp of light maple syrup

    For the Filling
    1/2 cup of lime juice
    1 8oz package of Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 8oz tub of Light Cool Whip
    (Optional) 1 tbsp of Splenda

Directions

Blend 9 sheets of graham crackers
Add maple syrup and canola oil
Press mixture into foil pie pan
Chill crust in refrigerator until filling is complete

Blend lime juice with cream cheese in blender
Add 1 tbsp of Splenda (Optional)
Fold lime juice and cream cheese mixture into whipped topping until evenly mixed.

Put mixture onto graham pie crust. Let chill in refrigerater for 5 to 6 hours. Or chill in freezer for 2 hours and place into refrigerator until it's time to serve.
