Introduction

this can be reduced 'carbed' by using Spaghetti Squash instead of pasta. It actually tastes better that way! and its a great way to use any left over spaghetti for quick meal. this can be reduced 'carbed' by using Spaghetti Squash instead of pasta. Ingredients

    8 sl. turkey bacon,cooked & crumbled
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. grated or shredded Parmesan Cheese
    3 c. cooked, Pasta or Spaghetti Squash
    1 clv. garlic

Directions

Fry bacon till crisp, drain reserving 1-2 Tbs for spaghetti.
Beat eggs,cheese in bowl combining well. Toss with spaghetti. Pour mixture into large skillet or wok, along with reserved bacon grease. Add the garlic. Toss for 2-3 min. till hot & well combined.
Crumble bacon into mixutre, toss well & serve!
