Broccoli Slaw

Introduction

This great tasting, fresh side dish is great for a cookout. This great tasting, fresh side dish is great for a cookout.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    10-12 oz package prechopped broccoli slaw
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup slivered almonds
    2 packs chicken flavored ramen noodles
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup vinegar

Directions

Crush ramen noodles while still in package, then open and remove seasoning packet. Set seasoning packet aside. In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, onion, celery, almonds, and ramen noodles.

In a medium saucepan, combine ramen seasoning packets, with oil, sugar, and vinegar. Heat just until warm. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
