Turn oven to 350. Mix butters, add sugar, then vanilla, then eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoons full on baking sheet- bake for 10-12 minutes. Makes dozen cookies.
I added a six ounce bag of crasins and a quarter of a bag (what I had left from another recipe) of chopped pecans and used white chocolate chips instead. Yummy! I would reduce the oats next time though.
These are great! i used about 1/2 the amount of sugar and white chocolate chips instead. Also reduced the oats by 1 cup and set the timer for exactly 10 minutes. not too sweet yet moist and delicious! going to have to hide them from myself!! kids love them too!!
