Introduction

I love ramen but it has too much at, so I created this much more nutritious and satisfying recipe I love ramen but it has too much at, so I created this much more nutritious and satisfying recipe
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup (remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)

Directions

Put 4 cups of water in a pot. Add chicken and boil until chicken is cooked. Removed chicken and shread. Return chicken to the pot and replace enough water to get back to 4 cups. Add chicken boullion to taste (I prefer paste boullion like Tone's). Add either precooked or uncooked whole wheat angel hair or spaghetti to the chicken and broth. Add all of the chopped veggies to pot. Cover soup and return to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat and let soup rest for 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
