Chicken Spaghetti

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 small onion chopped
    1 Bell Pepper chopped
    12 ounces of chicken breast
    1 pound colby jack cheese grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 pounds of spaghetti
    1 can Rotel

Directions

Boil the chicken until tender
Cook spaghetti in broth from chicken
Saute the onion, pepper and chicken until the veggies are tender.
Put soup and rotel onto cook. When soup is bubbly
stir in chicken and spaghetti.
Put into a pan and top with grated cheese and put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes about 12 servings.
