Macaroni Salad

Introduction

Just a yummy salad that I make for get togethers and such. There is not a ton of extra sauce with this recipie, and would probably benifit from being made with fat free ranch/mayo. Just a yummy salad that I make for get togethers and such. There is not a ton of extra sauce with this recipie, and would probably benifit from being made with fat free ranch/mayo.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    8 oz Cheddar Cheese
    4 oz diced Pimientos
    3 c. elbow macaroni
    1 medium green pepper
    1/3 cup mayo
    4 tbsp ranch dressing
    1/2 tsp garlic salt (to taste)
    ground pepper (to taste)

Directions

Cook the noodles according to the box, drain and rinse till cool. Dice up the green pepper and cheese. drain the pimientos and mix everything together. Add the mayo, ranch, garlic salt and pepper. Mix and chill.

Makes roughly 20 serveings 1/2 c each
