Taco Pie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    18 oz gound lean beef
    1 cup onion
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 cup frozen corn
    2 tbs. Taco seasoning mix
    2 cups bisquick light
    1 cup low fat milk
    2 large eggs
    1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

brown ground beef in a non stick skillet
add onion and brown
add tomato sauce and frozen corn with taco seasoning mix.
Mix well turn remove from stove
spray 9x13 inch glass pan with non stick spray
place meat mixture and sprinkle with cheddar

In a separate large bowl mix bisquick, eggs and milk. Pour over meat and cheese mixture

Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes then turn oven off and let sit in oven for 5-10 more minutes.

Serves about 10
