Introduction

This is so quick to make and so delish! Makes a great low cal, zero fat substitute for ice cream! You can use any type of fruit you'd like, but be sure to adjust the nutritional information accordingly! This is so quick to make and so delish! Ingredients

    18 oz. Yoplait Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
    1-1/2 c. Mango, frozen unsweetened chunks
    1-1/2 c. Pineapple, frozen unsweetened chunks
    1 banana

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or a food processor until liquified. Pour 1/2 c. servings into individual containers and freeze.

Makes 8 1/2 c. servings.
