Mixed Vegetables w/Lemon Butter

Introduction

Great alternative for getting vegetables into diet, low carb & serves pretty too! Great alternative for getting vegetables into diet, low carb & serves pretty too!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups Vegetables
    4 Tbs. Butter
    4 Tbs Lemon juice
    dash of garlic salt
    4 med. onion slices

Directions

Defrost Vegetables, preheat skillet or wok with butter melted, add onion & saute till tender.
Add defrosted, strained vegetables, toss to coat throughly, add lemon juice, toss agaiin.
Saute vegetables till tender, sprinkle with garlic salt , toss again & serve immediately.
