Introduction

I really want to like spinach but I hate the taste and texture when cooked. Adding it to my morning smoothie does not change the taste or texture---just the color! Ingredients

    1 cup orange juice
    1 medium banana, frozen
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (or coconut, orange or almond extract)

Dump everything in the blender and blend well. Pour into a tall glass and feel virtuous for drinking spinach for breakfast.
