150 gr. salmon per person
a bit of olive oil for pan frying
Some balsamic vinegar in a spray bottle to spray over fish
Heat up pan, when hot add salmon and a little olive oil.
Fry 4 min, on each side.
Spray a little balsamico vinegar over each side, add herbs to taste with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve with some rice, potatoes, veg, salad.
