Introduction

Combine your favorite fruits to make this filling fruit smoothie your own! Combine your favorite fruits to make this filling fruit smoothie your own!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Plain nonfat yogurt
    Orange juice
    Frozen or fresh fruit:
    Grapes
    Peaches
    Mango
    Strawberry

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, you can add a packet of Splenda or Sweet 'N Low. If the smoothie is too thick add more OJ or yogurt.
