Homemade Whole Wheat Pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    .33 cup light soy milk (or .25c-.33c milk, but adjust the calories/nutrition info)
    .5 cup better'n'eggs (egg substitute) (or 2 eggs, but adjust the calories/nutrition info)
    .5 tsp salt

Directions

1. Pour eggs substitute in bowl and whip lightly.
2. Add salt and milk and mix again.
3. Add whole wheat flour and mix. Mix with hands to thoroughly mix dough.
4. Let dough sit for ten minutes.
5. Roll dough on floured board/counter till very thin. (about .25inch thin)
6. Use pizza cutter to cut dough into strips about 1/8th to 1/4 of an inch wide.
7. Move strips onto wax paper or pan to air dry for several hours.
8. Once dry, or when ready to use boil in water or broth for 12-15 minutes.

Divide into 8 even portions. Can weigh it to verify equality. (Divide before you cook or after- if you cook it all at once.)
