Ingredients

    2 large tomatoes cut in nice size pieces
    1 green pepper cut the same
    1 sm. onion cut the same
    2 tbs.evoo
    1 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cut veggies add salt and let sit to pull juice from tomatoes stir a few times add oil stir
    eat and enjoy
