Hockey Moms Strata

Introduction

A very filling breakfast dish! 15 servings! A very filling breakfast dish! 15 servings!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    12 slices white bread
    1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
    1 - 10 oz pkg of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
    2 C finely diced ham
    6 slightly beaten eggs
    3.5 C whole milk
    2 tsp minced onion
    1/4 tsp dry mutard
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Break the bread into pieces. Place 3/4 of bread pieces in bottom of greased 9X13 pan. (Save the rest for the top). Place cheese in layer over bread. Add a layer of broccoli, then ham. Arrange remaining bread on top. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over bread. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Bake @ 325 for 1 hour or more, uncovered.

For a nice finish, sprinkle with shredded cheese the last 5 minutes of baking time. Let stand before cutting into squares. Makes 15.
