My kids love this easy, homemade Mac & Cheese

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    I am writting the brands I used so you will know where my calculations came from.
    2 C Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Pasta
    8 oz Velveeta cheese made with 2% milk
    2T Country Crock Light spread
    1/3 C skim milk

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain off water
Add butter, milk, and cheese and mix until butter and cheese are melted.
The cheese will melt faster if you cube it before you add it to the pasta.
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
