3 oz. Cooked Chicken
1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 c. Cole Slaw Mx.
1 chopped, stalk Celery
1/4 sm. red onion, chopped
2Tbs. Sunflower seeds, preferred salted.
2 tsp. Splenda,
1/2 c. Mayo
1/2 c. Sour Cream
2 tsp. Cider Vinegar
1 boiled egg, chopped
1 egg white, chopped
Add chopped onion, eggs,celery, cole slaw,sunflower seeds,cheddar cheese- & mix well. Add mayo & sour cream, tossing well. Add the Splenda & vinegar, again toss well.
Serve as is or load a tomato or low carb toritlla.
