Cold Tuna Noodle

Introduction

Easy cold tuna noodle recipe that is great for summer and those days you don't want to use the stove. Easy cold tuna noodle recipe that is great for summer and those days you don't want to use the stove.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Elbow Macaroni, 1 cup uncooked
    6oz can of Tuna (packed in water, drained)
    Light Mayo, 2 tablespoons
    2 Celery stalks, diced

Directions

1. Boil water and cook 1 cup of Elbow Macaroni per packaging instructions.

2. Drain and run under cold water when cooked.

3. Drain 6 ounce can of tuna.

4. Dice celery into small pieces.

5. Add all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.

* You can also add other vegetables like tomatoes or peas.

  • I made this last night for dinner. I added some honey mustard though to add a bit of zing. Very good, and I will keep this as a lunch staple instead of a dinner staple since I wanted to eat more than one serving at dinner :) - 7/16/08
