12 oz pork tenderloin
2 tblsp butter
1/2 heavy cream or whipping cream
4 mushrooms sliced
2 tblsps brandy or Calvados or apple juice
For sauce, add cream, mushrooms and brandy to the skillet, and scape up any brown bits. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, let it simmer and reduce for a few minutes. Serve sauce over meat.
