chicken & rice casserole (crock pot recipe)

Ingredients

    1 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
    1 (10 3/4 oz can) cream of chicken soup
    1 (4.5 oz) jar green giant sliced mushrooms, undrained
    1/2 cup water
    1 1/2 cup frozen green beans
    1 1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked

Directions

Place chicken in 3-4 quart slow cooker. Top w/ soup, mushrooms, and water; stir gently to mix and spread evenly over chicken.
Cover, cook on low 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours
15 min before serving; stir thawed beans and rice into chicken mixture. Cover; cook an additional 10-15 min or untill rice is tender
