Chicken pasta salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. pasta of choice
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. cooked chicken, cut into cubes or strips
    1/4 c. roasted red peppers
    1 can diced tomatoes, slightly drained
    1 TBS. dried basil
    1 TBS. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. light italian dressing


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli to the pasta the last five minutes of cooking. Drain pasta and broccoli. Add chicken, red peppers, tomatoes, and seasoning. Toss to mix well. Pour italian dressing over the top. Toss. Serve warm or chilled.

Makes approximately 4 1-cup servings
