2 slices whole wheat bread, picked
1 8 oz. can of water chestnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 scallions, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cups bean sprouts

This dish is amazing. Turns blah turkey burgers into yummy goodness. I had to separate the servings into their own containers, or I'd eat too much. I make all of my food for the week on Sunday, and I can't wait to eat this every day.
I baked mine in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes - 7/15/08
