This soup is delicious! Made it for dinner and my husband had 3 bowls! Thank goodness I doubled the recipe! And trying to find low-carb recipes that taste good can be a challenge...so thank you! - 10/16/08

  • Great flavor, a bit thin, but I liked it and so did my daughter, a picky eater. Very easy and quick. If I weren't watching my carbs I'd add a bit of cooked diced potato to thicken it. Used fresh spinach and that worked well. - 11/14/13

  • This is SO good! The second time I made it, I didn't have any spinach, but I had a package of chopped broccoli, so I used that and it was YUMMY. I also added a bit of Curry powder to it and that made it very "exotic" tasing! I've added this to my "favorite recipe" list! Thanks for sharing. - 8/20/11
