Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2c ff cottage cheese
    1/2c water
    1 egg
    1 scoop protein powder (I used True Protein Chocolate Whey)
    1/2t vanilla
    1 c flour
    3/4t baking powder

Directions

Combine all wet ingredients, including cottage cheese and protein powder, in a blender and mix until smooth.

Mix flour and baking soda in a bowl, then add blended mix. Mix until combined.

Cook over medium heat about 2 min per side. Serve with SF syrup. Yum!
