1 angel food cake, chunked (let it sit in the air for a while to get a little dried on the outside...overnight usually works well.
3 containers (8 oz) nonfat berry yogurt (your choice of berry flavors)
1 box sugar free jello (your choice of berry flavor)
3 cups of frozen mixed berries (I use blueberries, blackberries and cherries)
Divide your cake chunks into three parts.
Lay the first third in the bottom of a glass bowl. Pour 1/3 of the jello over top.
Pour 1 container yogurt over top.
Lay 1/3 of the berries over top
Repeat this step until all ingredients are gone.
Refrigerate or let sit at room temp for at least an hour.
