Ingredients

    2 ½ cups tomato juice
    1 cup peeled, finely chopped fresh tomatoes (blanch them to get the skins off)
    ¾ cup finely chopped celery
    1 cup finely chopped cucumber
    1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    ½ cup finely chopped green onion
    5 T. white wine vinegar
    2 T. extra virgin olive oil
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    ½ tsp salt
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 T. lemon juice
    1 tsp. black pepper
    Cayenne pepper to taste
    Tabasco to taste
