Cheesy Ham & Taters

Introduction

I just threw this together one night, and it was really good, the family loved it as well. I just threw this together one night, and it was really good, the family loved it as well.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups sliced potato's
    6 oz. turkey ham cut into chunks
    1 very large onion
    3 cups snap green beans
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    salt & pepper to taste
    cooking spray

Directions

Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
Quarter onion and slice thick.
Add onion to pan, and saute on medium to low heat.
I add green beans here, cause mine are frozen, if they are not frozen, add later.
Saute onion and green beans till almost done, keeping heat low enough to saute with only a bit of water if needed.
Add ham, and potato's... saute, stiring all together.
NOTE: I used canned sliced potato's, if you use raw potato's, you must add them in the beginning with the onions, so they can cook through.
Once everything is cooked and ham is hot, turn on very low heat, and add parmesan. Stir it in till everything is coated, and parmesan melts.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
