Submitted by: SKINNYHEART

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3/4 C. brown sugar
    3/4 C. lime juice
3 tsp. Pickapeppa Sauce (or other hot pepper sauce)
    1/4 C. Yellow Mustard
    1 tsp. Mustard Powder
    3 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin chops

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pork and olive oil in a large Ziplock freezer bag. Close bag and mix well. Add pork and marinate for at least 2 hours if possible (in refrigerator).

Preheat oven to 325. Heat olive oil in ovenproof pan on stovetop. Brown pork on both sides over medium heat (using as little marinade as possible). Place pan in oven and pour marinade over pork, making sure the top of each is covered. Bake for 1 hour, marinating with the liquid every 15 minutes.
