Salmon bagels

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 100% whole wheat bagel (I use Lenders)
    1 tbsp fat free or low fat cream cheese
    salmon fillet- 4 oz.
    olive oil
    tomato
    1 red onion slice
    dill
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1 lemon
    black pepper

Directions

Use a Zip N Steam bag and place fish in bag (can be frozen). drizzle olive oil on fish and add minced garlic, some dill, and the juice of one lemon. Zip bag and cook on high in microwave for 3 minutes (times will vary). Toast bagel while fish cooks. Spread 1/2 tbsp cream cheese on each half of the bagel. Add fish to bagel. Top with tomato slices and thinly sliced red onion. Sprinkle with black pepper and enjoy!
