Introduction

A totally different kind of salad and the taste is fantastic, not at all what you would expect from cauliflower. A totally different kind of salad and the taste is fantastic, not at all what you would expect from cauliflower.

Ingredients

    1 small cauliflower
    1 bunch of fresh dill - chopped
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup raisins or sultanas
    3 - 4 tbsp light mayonnaise
    salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Using a food processor or coarse grater shred the cauliflower. Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
