Introduction

This is one my fiance introduced me to. my 10 yr old child loves it even all the veggies. I love it because it has lots of great veggies so it is good for you but it also has something that you wouldn't be able to eat otherwise----sausage. We like to varie on the sauce from time to time. this is a great recipe for experimentation. This is one my fiance introduced me to. my 10 yr old child loves it even all the veggies. Ingredients

    1 Red Bell Pepper(chopped or sliced)
    1 Green Bell Pepper(chopped or sliced)
    1 Yellow squash(sliced)
    1 zucchinni squash(sliced)
    1 onion(chopped or sliced)
    1 long sausage(1" thick slices) (almost any kind will work - I used polish sausage to calculate the calories)
    BBQ sauce-amount varies to taste
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

heat olive oil in a large pan. combine all ingredients. cook until heated through. We have also cooked this recipe in the oven and on the grill in foil packets.
